It is an updated apartment in an older home, but thoughtful touches and attention have been taken to make this feel very comfortable and relaxing. The apartment is conveniently located within a couple short blocks of the college, and just a short distance to the wonderful downtown Wooster with plenty of shops and dining.

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.
