Spacious apartment with expansive water views. The large covered deck with day bed is the prime spot for catching the afternoon sun. Central city restaurants, shops and tourist attractions are all a short walk away. Buses, trains and ferries are also nearby. NO GROUPS/PARTIES. NO SMOKING. King bed, generous open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, indoor & outdoor dining, sofa, TV. Nearby bars and restaurants may mean music/noise, usually not disruptive once doors and windows are closed.

Nirvana Farm is primarily an equestrian lifestyle property set on 30 acres. Off peak it's just 40 minutes from downtown Auckland and 25 minutes from Auckland Airport. Accommodation is available in our private and spacious self contained two bedroom apartment. The homestead and apartment is set amongst expansive lawn, ponds and formal gardens, 1 km from the popular Clevedon Village. Sea view and Sunset

Welcome to our peaceful and private studio. Enjoy magic views of the harbour whilst relaxing by the pool, listening to bird song and toasting the sunset. Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday or de stress after a busy day. According to the NZ Herald 7/9/2017 we are the 5th most wish listed Airbnb in New Zealand. For the month of January we have a minimum of 4 night stay Unfortunately this studio is unsuitable for children and Infants. Couples only.
