This spacious French country bungalow is in a separate private section of the lower level of our home with: private entrance, full kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom with shower, couches & large TV, desk & Wifi, and maximum privacy. Located close to exciting, entertaining, and educational venues you may want to explore, with easy access to the Minneapolis St Paul metro area and Rochester.

The rental offers privacy for a drink or coffee on the rear deck; short walk/bike to park(s), commercial, and grocery store.

New, beautifully designed carriage house a block from Lake Hiawatha near the airport and Minnehaha Falls. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, Minnehaha Creek, light rail. Large windows with lots of light, kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C, TV, fast Wifi internet. We built our space to be a quiet refuge in the city, providing plenty of light and amenities to sit and chill for days, but also great access to explore everything the city has to offer.

This cozy space is one block from the Twin Cities commuter rail system, halfway between the MSP airport and downtown Minneapolis! Great neighborhood amenities include a corner coffee shop, brew pub, bakery, authentic barbecue joint and breakfast and lunch cafe, all within easy walking distance. This unit is one half of a double bungalow with the hosts living right next door. It is completely private with its own separate entrance.

Little House by Lake Phalen

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
