Great area in Salem! Minutes from downtown, quiet street, walk to Bush park, very comfortable neighborhood. This 1950's house has 2 bedrooms with ample closet space, an office with door to the backyard and deck, spacious living room with a cozy gas fireplace, smart TV, garage with washer and dryer accessed through the kitchen, gas stove and many other amenities. The house is easy to get to from I5, about an hour from Portland. Perfect for a 1-2 couples or a small family. Most everything is new!

Come stay in your own cozy, rustic mini apartment, a little over 25 minutes from the Portland suburbs, and about 45 minutes from downtown Portland. Our home sits on two wooded acres. You'll have a private deck, private bathroom, private entrance, and private living space. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a futon/sofa in the living area that makes a twin-size bed. Check-in time is after 4 pm. Early check-in is possible, just contact us. No Smokers! One pet on approval, up to 45lbs.

Guest cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. I ask guests not to leave food out. Guests who have been conscientious have not had an issue.
