This home is comfortable and stylish home with many amenities and is in an ultra-convenient location - a stone's throw from Indiana Wesleyan University, dining and shopping. There is a 3 season room in the back of the house that is attached to the house but no HVAC. Both bedrooms contain 1 queen bed in each room. 3 queen beds total throughout the house. 3rd queen bed is in the 3 season room
