Happy Valley est située au bout d'une route de gravier paisible de 4 miles. Si vous cherchez une escapade paisible dans la nature, c'est l'endroit idéal. Cette ferme de 1896 de 4 chambres est nichée dans une belle vallée sur Clear Creek. La ferme est située à 25 minutes d'Ames et Marshalltown. Les propriétaires vivent sur la propriété adjacente ; mais il y a de l'intimité entre les maisons. L'allée est partagée entre les deux maisons. Sentiers de randonnée disponibles de juin à septembre.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in our cozy King Bedroom at Wolfe Ranch, just outside Marshalltown off Highway 30. Wolfe Ranch is home to rescue cats and ranch-based mental health programs. This private room is within our working ranch Lodge. Guests share the kitchen, dining room, and living room w/fireplace. A detached bathroom is reserved for this room’s guests. Our Whiskers & Manes Cat Lounge and horses are on-site; guests may arrange visits with staff. Staff work in the Lodge during daytime hours.

Resident cats live here but are secured during guest stays.

The Ranch House - Entire Lodge at the Wolfe Ranch

Peaceful stay on an active working ranch near Marshalltown. Guests reserve the entire Lodge living space (kitchen, dining, fireplace, coffee bar). Please note: staff maintain office space within the Lodge and are present in designated areas during business hours (M-Th & Sat 11–3). The Lodge also houses our Cat Lounge in a separate area. Ranch activity and animals are part of the experience.
