The Kodak cottage is only minutes off of I-40 and the parkway to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cottage is also close to the Seven Islands State Birding Park and the French Broad River. Also less than 30 minutes from downtown Knoxville. This is the perfect quick get away where you can easily get to the mountains and the other attractions in the Smokey Mountain area.

The farm has quick access to Interstate 40. The farmhouse is suitable for families, couples, business, the single traveler, or group events.
