Treetops studio by Lake Karapiro

Relax and unwind in our intimate studio by Lake Karapiro. Treetops studio is situated in a peaceful garden setting with lovely views over the treetops above Lake Karapiro. At the end of the drive(500m) is the Karapiro domain - enjoy a short walk to have a coffee at the Podium cafe or cycle/walk the Te Awa cycleway. We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

Owharoa Hideaway

Owharoa Hideaway offers couples a self contained stay in a rural setting. A north facing aspect located above the Karangahake Gorge just a short walk/drive from the Owharoa Waterfall where the most scenic parts of the Hauraki rail-trail cycle-way can be accessed. Modern fittings are used throughout the luxurious semi-detached bathroom that is nestled amongst trees. From the cottage deck survey the Coromandel and watch tui, bellbird, kereru, kaka and more vie for your attention.

Tahi Totara

Our studio conversion offers contemporary open plan lodgings. An equipped kitchen unit, dining setting, lounge area including bedroom with king size bed that also splits into two singles if required. The bathroom offers double shower. A second separate bedroom offers two king single beds a second bathroom plus laundry. A continental breakfast is provided. The accommodation is a 5 minute walk from CBD and a short car drive to scenic points of interest in the district .

A rural retreat with a 10-minute scenic drive to Cambridge for excellent cafes, restaurants and shops. Centrally located for events/attractions in the Waikato. Enjoy relaxing in the home-from-home accommodation after your day's activities with a glass of wine on the deck while soaking in the sun and then gazing at the stars. A quiet getaway in the country NO CLEANING FEE Centrally located to many attractions. 10 minutes from Hobbiton, 5 minutes from Lake Karapiro, 15 minutes from Cambridge, 25 minutes to Mystery Creek. Taupo, Rotorua, and both coasts all an easy day trip. We include tea, coffee and milk along with homemade muffins, but don't supply breakfast. The nearest cafe is Shires rest at Hobbiton movie set or there are many in Cambridge and Matamata

Morrinsville is a centrally located Waikato town. It is less than two hours from Auckland and both coasts and half an hour from Hamilton. The accommodation is walking distance to the town centre with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The studio room has it's own access and is set in a large restful section with mature trees. You will have a peaceful private place to stay with a garden view.

Gorgeous 1 bedroom cottage set on peaceful lifestyle property. Located about half way between Hamilton and Cambridge, central to most Waikato events and attractions. Option to sleep up to 4 people with pull out sofa bed in the living area. Paddock or yards for horse(s) available on request plus plenty of space for parking floats or horse trucks.
