At the end of the road, this comfortable home offers solitude and a charming hobbit path to beautiful Heceta Beach. It's a great place for family fun or a romantic get-away. Well stocked for cooking and kicking back. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are in an open loft (with an enclosed bathroom dividing the two spaces. NOTE: We still allow pets, but have had numerous problems with irresponsible dog owners. Well-behaved dogs and owners who take responsibility for their pets are welcome.

Stroll to the Exploding Whale Memorial Park in moments, walk along the sandy river "beach" and through its magical forest, as you look across at the Oregon dunes that inspired the book and movie series, "Dune". A large grocery store is close by, too. Breathe the air and relax!

Rhododendron House

You’ll love waking up to the garden-like view of the beautiful rhododendron and the backdrop of evergreens. The open-plan studio is comfortable and complete with full kitchen, small dining area and bath with shower. King size bed and an available 4” foam mattress if needed for a child or third guest. Excellent WIFI, though there is a bug in the Airbnb platform preventing it showing under Amenities.

Bright and open while being cozy and comfortable all at the same time. This guest suite offers you your own private entrance, kitchenette, king size bed and southern exposure with ocean views. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast.
