The G:Link light rail, also located at the Broadbeach South station directly in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, will easily and quickly transport you to the most popular areas of Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and Southport. If you are travelling from Coolangatta Airport Mermaid 24 is about 25 minutes via Taxi/Uber or by Bus take Number 777 to the Mermaid Beach stop. Brand new fully self-contained bedsitter in the heart of Burleigh Heads. Private entrance from the main residence. It is centrally located but just far enough away from the excitement of Burleigh Heads village to enjoy some quiet time after a beautiful day at famous Burleigh beach. The bedsitter is equipped with a large wall hung smart TV, free wifi, netfix , a modern kitchenette and queen-sized bed. The large shopping centre with supermarkets is a short 300m walk from your front door.

This is a beautiful place directly across the road from the beach. It's a brand new studio space on the bottom level of a multi million dollar home. You have private entry access with all the amenities you need. There’s cafes and restaurants only minutes walk away. There’s a kitchenette with microwave, small fridge and all the other basic kitchen appliances you’ll need. King bed, and a portable cot, air con/heater, washer/dryer, bath, shower, toilet and a large wardrobe.
