Cozy Casita in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. California King bed sleeps two comfortably. 50 inch TV has cable, Netflix, DVD player with assortment of movies. Keurig coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Dining table inside. Outdoor seating opens to peaceful, scenic backyard. Parking available in the driveway. Park to the left of 2 car garage. Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

Sonoran Oasis

Relax and unwind in this oasis in the desert uplands of Mesa. This is a guest apartment attached to the main house on a 1 acre property. It has it's own entrance, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of off street guest parking. You will be very close to both Saguaro and Canyon Lakes, the Salt River, and plenty of hiking, biking, horseback riding, kayaking, shooting, off-roading, and more. While it feels remote it's less than 5 minutes from the 202 and within minutes of shopping and restaurants.

Detached casita with bedroom & en suite bathroom with keurig, fridge, & microwave. There is no kitchen or living room. Smart TV with premium cable and HBO, and you can log in to your Netflix account. I have mugs and some disposable dishes and silverware for you. It is a quiet and private area for a tranquil trip. It is very close to the 202 freeway, with shops, restaurants, and golf courses just minutes away. Usery Mountain Park is mins away & Saguaro lake is 15-20 mins away. Airport 25 mins.

Studio Apartment With Private Patio

Centrally located in the East Valley close to all forms of transportation, events, ASU Tempe/ASU Polytechnic Mesa Campus, downtown Gilbert, Valley Metro Light Rail System(.4mi). Private living space with separate entrance and secluded patio. Large bathroom with natural light, tiled shower with glass and large closet space. Queen size bed with kitchenette, fridge, couch, WiFi, cable and quiet heat pump system. Just over 20min drive to old town Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, PHX and AZA airports.

There is no tv but we have excellent WiFi if you’d like to watch shows from your laptop/device. There’s a desk & dresser & closet for your things. Bathroom has a shower, medicine cabinet & shelves. There’s a mini fridge & microwave so you can store & warm up your perishables. Utensils & plates not always included.

I have created a space that offers both the ability for some peace and quiet, being nestled in a quiet community, however you are just down the street from some of the busiest restaurants and bars in town. Pickleball set included with plenty of courts nearby - feel free to use! There’s plenty of things inside the space to make you feel at home for you to use. I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.

Have you ever wanted to try a tiny house? The Casita is your chance! The Casita is a sparkling clean, small studio that has everything you need for your stay! The Casita is nicely located to Route 60 2miles. then to 101, 202 and I10. Mesa Convention center, Mesa Arts Center and Mesa Amphitheatre: 2 miles. ASU 8 miles. MCC 2 miles. Phoenix 19 miles. and Scottsdale 13 mi. Also many casinos, golf courses and hiking trails. Come enjoy the East Valley!

Attached private studio casita with separate front entrance for easy convenient access. Casita has Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, Keurig (with selection of hot drinks), some cooking equipment and utensils. Relax on comfy loveseat with Ottoman and smart TV. Close to freeway access, Chicago Cub Stadium 10 min, Sky Harbor Airport 20 min and Phoenix/Mesa Gateway Airport 30 min.

Casita with a king size bed and kitchenette located in a quiet Mesa neighborhood. The room is a dedicated Airbnb space in a separate building from the main house with it’s own entrance, private bath, and kitchenette perfect for a quick breakfast or a bite to eat. We are minutes from local freeways. A 15 min drive to Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, and Gilbert.

Explore the natural swimming pond on the property, venture out to the Sonoran desert for a nature hike, tube down the salt river or mountain bike in Usery! You'll find our location close to the city but not in the city.
