Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Dobrodošli v mirnem domovanju, ki ponuja čudovit razgled in zasebnost. Uživajte v notranjem jacuzziju ali se sprostite v savni, popolni za sproščanje. Hiša vključuje terase z razgledom, kjer se lahko sprostite v miru. Ponujamo tudi polnjenje za električna vozila (o tem nas obvestite pred prihodom). Kmetija vas bo očarala, mir, narava. Apartma je na turistični kmetiji. Nudimo zajtrk. Od 15.9.-30.6. koristite jacuzzi brezplačno (3 ure, več po dogovoru) in savno, (z doplačilom). Otroci se zabavajo na igralih, poleti v bazenu, na zipline in gugalnici v gozdu. Na kmetiji boste srečali živali: konje, koze, kokoši, race, mačke, želve, zajčke. Imamo čudovite kolesarske in sprehajalne poti. Kolesa uporabljate brezplačno. Električna z doplačilom. Nudim brezplačno vodenje po Ptuju.

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Featuring free WiFi Apartments Mario offers accommodation in center of Ptuj, just 2 km from Terme Ptuj. Free private parking is available on site. Apartment include a flat-screen TV.
