Zugstation 15min. zu Fuß oder Bus in 200m Entfernung. Shoppingcenter 3 min zu Fuß. BurnsBeach ca. 3 km, Mullalloo Beach 10 min. Autofahrt oder Bus. Our house is well equipped in a quiekt area. 20 min. drive to the CBD with car or train. Trainstation 15min. walk or bus 200m only. Shoppingcenter 3 min. walk.

Please note this is no smoking and has only 1 car space available

The Eden Reserve is a luxurious villa set on 4 acres of breathtaking scenery in Swan Valley, near Perth. We offer our beautiful “Beachy Seashell” Holiday stay in the heart of Connolly. The location is perfect to visit the beautiful beaches of Perth, the Golf Course or Hillary's Boat Harbour. At Hillary's you can take the ferry to Rottnest. The most beautiful island in WA. Only a few minutes away you have shopping centres, Cafe's, Restaurants and Joondalup Hospital. To get to the city we can offer you a ride to the train station. The bus stop is just a 4 min walk away.
