The "Mellow Moose" cabin is a quiet and peaceful retreat in the woods. Spend the day exploring the region or simply relax in nature. Afternoons are great for reading a book as the sun shines through the large living room windows. Relax on the screened in front porch for a quiet evening and a drink. Or enjoy a campfire and watch the sunset through the trees. Use this as your home base for a ski trip or take a trip to Schroon lake, Brant lake or Lake George. (Roughly 30mins)

Adirondack mountain retreat sits on lake Winslow Homer. A small private body of water. Kayaks,cornhole boards included. Near by revolution rail, white water rafting, tubing, stone bridge & caves, hiking trails, gore mountain. Local public beach is a 7 min drive. Outdoor Fire pit, wood sold on site. Charcoal grill (Charcoal not provided). NO PETS. NO Air-conditioning. There will be a $50 fee for any guest that shows up early or checks out late.

The home is located on the Eastern side of Schroon Lake, allowing for sun exposure in the afternoon and gorgeous mountain views. Our suite is located directly above DeCesare's Pizzeria with its own private entrance. This location isn't far from Gore Mountain Ski Resort and many of your beautiful Adirondack Mountains. It's also only miles away from Word of Life Camps and Bible Institute.
