Dit genieten van ontspanning en sport willen we zo graag met andere delen, dat we er voor gezorgd hebben dat we mensen bij ons onderdak kunnen bieden voor een vakantie in het schitterende Ötztal in Tirol, waar letterlijk voor ieder wat wils is. Je kan jezelf sportief uitleven of heerlijk uitrusten en genieten van de natuur. Je kan cultuur, geschiedenis en culinair genieten van deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie.

Les chambres de la Mensard, situées au dernier étage, offrent une vue magnifique sur la vallée de l'Inn et la ville de Hall in Tirol. Toutes les chambres sont équipées d'une douche/WC, d'un accès Lan et wifi et de la télévision par câble. Je gère un petit hôtel et les chambres peuvent être réservées exclusivement via airbnb. Un petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet peut être réservé sur place pour 19 € par personne/nuit. Chambre simple pour 1 personne chambre double ou twin pour 2 personnes

Hallo, Ich biete euch einen gemütlichen Raum mit TV, Schreibtisch und einem kleinen aber gemütlichem Bett (90x200cm). Ein kleiner Schreibtisch und Stuhl sind ebenfalls im Zimmer. Das Badezimmer teilen wir uns während eures Aufenthalts. Es ist voll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, am Stadtrand und mit der S-Bahn super angebunden: Hauptbahnhof 24 min. Marienplatz 21 min. Ostbahnhof 15 min. Messe (Messestadt Ost) 17 min. Flughafen / Airport 49 min.

Es verfügt über ein Duschbad, Smart-TV, Nespressomaschine, Mikrowelle, Herdplatte, Wasserkocher und Geschirr und befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss. Es hat eine Größe von ca. 22qm. Wir sind sehr zentral gelegen. Die nächste U-Bahn Haltestelle "Poccistrasse" ist nur 100m entfernt. Die Theresienwiese mit dem berühmten Oktoberfest ist in 5 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen.
