Enjoy this centrally-located fully access home. We are minutes from LAKES, where you can enjoy your boat or jet ski and CASINO'S, where you can try your luck and win big. At home, enjoy BBQ on the grill outside on the patio. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen that includes: air fryer, blender, non stick pot ware, Keurig coffee maker, Crock Pot etc. Play the provided games (Monopoly, Jenga, Buzzed etc.) or watch one of the four TV's including the 65' Roku TV, with Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more.

Ride bikes around this historic town and check out the sights on Route 66 as well as The El Garces train depot just a few blocks away. Our home has extra street parking if you have a boat in tow. Neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. Just 15 min from Lake Mohave, 5 min to Rotary Park , and close to the airport, and everything else Bullhead City/Laughlin area has to offer. House comes fully furnished with 3 Big Screen Smart Tv's ready for enjoyment!

Katherine's Landing (Lake Mohave) is 25 minutes
