Cozy Catskills Cottage

This is my new catskill cottage. We are proud to offer you the perfect place for your retreat with more than 4 acres of maple trees, streams, old stone walls, spring and sitting on a small hill. I put all my effort in creating the best place to spend a weekend or a full season (all four seasons are beautiful and with plenty of things to do in the Catskills). There are two bedrooms, one is actually a loft on the second floor open to the living area. All spaces are generous for this 840 sq ft house. you´ll love the areas including the kitchen and bath. Guest can access all areas. I´m not around sometimes but you can reach me on the Airbnb app msg or by email. Instruction on how to arrive will be sent a few days before. There's always somebody around to help in case needed. Discover the famous Northern Catskill region with its ski resorts, hiking trails, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, and American fly fishing. If food is on the agenda, Conde Nast Traveler called the region "New York's culinary retreat." Want to drop the car? you can get to the property by bus! From NYC: Just take the Trail ways bus to Oneonta NY, and it will drop you a few hundred feet from the house. Same back to the city!. You can get here by bus from Albany, Buffalo, Montreal and many other cities in the region. If you want to use this method of transportation, I can assist with more information.

Newly restored 1840s Greek Revival cottage with new kitchen, two new bathrooms with showers (no tub) and new mechanical systems, two bedrooms, parking and vegetable and flower gardens with creek and horse pasture views. The house is furnished with 19th century antiques and decorative arts. Easily accessible to farmstands, antiquing, historic sites, restaurants and a nearby state park with an Olympic-size pool. This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Home Alone Mountain Retreat

We rent the house beautifully located in the small vacation community on the hill with a mountain view from the wrap-around deck. Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of the 1,5 acre land adjacent to the state forest, take on the stroll in the woods, wander around the historic villages, take a swim in the pond, enjoy the country roads on the mountain bike or visit Windham and Hunter. There is a hot tub on the deck but we determine availability daily. We do not charge the cleaning fee.
