There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Cute and cozy riverfront cabins with electric are available as a more economical option for guests who want to have the cabin experience and still have the convenience of being close to downtown Ouray. PLEASE NOTE: Cabins do NOT have water or bathrooms inside. Drinking water is readily available. Heated restrooms / shower facilities are a short walk from the cabins and checked multiple times daily. Pets are allowed ONLY with pre-approval / additional deposit & nightly fees.

Charming, unique and private studio with king size bed, queen size futon, kitchenette, bathroom and dining area on a beautiful private, horse ranch JUST MINUTES TO DOWNTOWN DURANGO, DURANGO HOT SPRINGS AND PURGATORY SKI RESORT. Warm inviting atmosphere and natural setting with beautiful views, ponds and Cooncreek running through. Possible over night horse boarding for an added fee. We are open to having children. Please! Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...
