The home is placed on one of the most impressing locations in the country. The house was co-designed, with Kata Jung (Kata made significant projects in the area). Art, antic doors / windows and nature . The ocean views from the house are one of it's kind. The starry night from at the roof terrace is spectacular. 300ft./100m above the ocean. No air condition(great breeze and ventilators) shared pool(with Geco and Buho cabin), 4X4 recommended. The place is family orientated and not a party place.

My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included!

Construit et décoré avec des œuvres d'art réalisées par moi-même et par des artistes locaux, c'est un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre et profiter de la jungle environnante. La chambre a de grandes fenêtres rondes pour se détendre et un toit qui s'ouvre pour observer les étoiles !! La salle de bain est magique. Le salon spacieux s'ouvre sur un jardin tropical luxuriant. La maison est le résultat d'une planification détaillée dont l'excellent travail a été effectué par un constructeur local. il y trois (3) chambres, toutes ont la climatisation. les brises sont assez régulières sur cette haute affût, donc pas de moustiques. il y a aussi des ventilateurs de plafond partout dans la maison. un lit King, deux lits Queen. La maison est située sur un magnifique flanc de montagne.
