It has a charming dining area with a fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. There's a sunroom looking out into hay fields where deer and turkey regularly roam. There is a terrific front porch to watch the sunsets and peaceful meandering of the cows. Come out of the city lights and find some peace of mind under the stars. (8.6 miles from the Ark).

Red Fox Ridge Cabin Retreat - *No Cleaning Fee*

Unwind at this secluded retreat nestled quietly at the end of a wooded country road, along a rolling creek. The cabin was originally two cabins erected in the 1850s. In the 1970s, artist Jim Simon dismantled the log cabins and re-erected them on the Simon Family Farm. Red Fox Ridge was named for the red fox often spotted running the ridge overlooking the river. Three Pines Historic Log Cabin

Three Pines is a rustic log cabin located on 17 acres with a forest view. Originally constructed in the 1790s by a Revolutionary War veteran, it was relocated to the present location in 2011, where it was reimagined with added modern conveniences. The cabin is great for history buffs and those looking for some peace and quiet in a unique setting. The cabin can be rented with our other listing, The Lodge at Three Pines, which provides an additional bedroom, bathroom, and hang out space.

The Barn at Paxton Creek - 10 acre country getaway

Enjoy what the country has to offer in this 1,800 sq ft barn loft nestled on 10 beautiful acres of KY rolling hillside. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax in the large great room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms with queen beds and a trundle day bed, sleeping space with a queen bed, new deck, and a fire pit area. While in the country; you're still just minutes away from stores, restaurants, & entertainment. We are so happy to share this space with you!

If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! The apartment is in the finished lower level (basement) of the home. Hickory Ridge is located in the rolling hills of Northern Kentucky on a family farm next to a wooded area. If you are looking for a quiet place to get away, we hope you will be pleased with this location!

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.
