Location!!Location!!Location!! Our house has extensive, close stunning lake views, only 8 minutes (7 kms) drive into Taupo town. A car is necessary as we’re NOT in town!Clean, comfortable, private, peaceful 3 bedroom house surrounded by trees & bush and not in busy suburbia. Sleeps 4 unless a request for 5 is made which involves an extra charge. Just across the road from the lake and 2 Bays. New ensuite bathroom and heat pump/air conditioner and new 55” Sony TV. We’ve had many return guests.

A modern studio style self-contained unit on the ground floor of our family home in Turangi. A queen-sized bed in the main room. Small kitchenette with crockery & cutlery supplied, small fridge, microwave, electric frying pan, Freeview Smart TV and Wifi. Modern private bathroom. An additional small bedroom with a single bed is perfect for a 3rd guest or more space to spread out. Close to major attractions of the area and ideal to access the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. Private access to unit.

Views over Whakaipo Bay

Our home sits high on a hill with amazing views over Lake Taupo and the surrounding countryside. The two bedroom cottage has a separate lounge area with a well stocked small kitchen, heat pump and large deck plus a private patio. Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view!

Large private room with ensuite bathroom, queen bed, wardrobe, couch, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, tea & coffee, crockery, cutlery, WiFi &TV. Travel cot or squab avail for baby/child. Room looks out over lawn via ranch-slider, located downstairs from main house. Room has own entrance so is fully private & you can come & go easily at your leisure. 10-minute walk to town. *Please note, we are a strictly nonsmoking home & there will be some foot traffic/family noise from rooms above.

"The End of the Road"

The bach is well equipped, but GUESTS MUST SUPPLY OWN LINEN (sheets, pillow slips & towels), and CLEAN it before leaving. It is a fisherman's bach at the end of a quiet street. Lake Taupo is a 10 minute walk and the Tauranga Taupo River nearby. We have plenty of duvets and blankets. NO WIFI. If you are unable to clean the house before you leave or supply your own linen it's better if you find a motel or hotel nearby. We keep the price lower by not having a cleaning fee.

Welcome to our 4 bedroom holiday home in peaceful Motuoapa only 10 minutes north of Turangi and 30 minutes to Taupo. Our home is a great central base for the many activites the wider area has to offer including skiing, mountain biking, walking tracks and water sports on Lake Taupo. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with 3 playgrounds, a tennis court and basketball court in the area, walking distance to the lake, we would love to have you stay, relax and enjoy magical Motuoapa.

Our retro family holiday home is available for you to rent. Whether you are a large group or a couple this place will rock your socks! 4 Bedrooms (5 beds). Only 5 minutes walk to one of the best fly fishing rivers in the world. 30 minutes to Mt Ruapehu, Whakapapa Ski area, and Tongariro Alpine Crossing. Close to everything, including Taupō. Enjoy bbq on deck or winter wood fires. Great base for Tongariro Alpine Crossing and ideal for groups of anglers.
