The original house was built around 1840 and gives off an urban farm/green space vibe. New floors in bedroom/dining area and bathroom provide modern luxury. Windows on the east, south and west walls let in plenty of light. Minutes to I-95, I-91, and Union Station. We charge $20 pet fee!

If you enjoy being in the countryside, a rustic atmosphere that’s not far away from necessities, then our place may be suitable for you. Our place is mostly suitable for professional travelers who need a longer term place to stay and that physically go to a workplace. We unfortunately cannot accommodate those who work full time remotely, it’s just not a comfortable fit for all on the property. There’s various hiking trails in the area if you are so inclined.

Awesome bright 2nd floor apartment, has everything you need for your stay. Full Kitchen, Laundry and is in an very convenient and safe area. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Easy access to highway. Parking is available behind left garage, which may be available. Ask for details. Quiet area, On cul-de-sac. Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime,Hulu FYI: I host a friendly card game every two weeks in the garage till 11:30 PM.

And few places that offer the perfect escape and so many fun things to do. Nature lovers will find themselves at home will it scenic hiking trails.

You will have a very large room and a private bathroom. The window by the desk overlooks my beehives. You can easily walk down the quiet sidewalk to Whitney Avenue where you'll find restaurants, bars, and public transportation. Two miles to Quinnipiac and Sleeping Giant State Park, a short drive or bus ride to downtown New Haven.
