Located in a gated, beachfront community consisting of a 48 square meter single bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Staff provided for cleaning weekly and assisting your needs. We have high speed fibre optic internet ( up to 300 mbps enterprise level), cable television, second story gazebo lounge, a sweet water pool (no chemicals/salt) and an outdoor grill center.

Marina Spatial Studio Unit

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place only steps from the boulevard in Dumaguete City. Amlan ocean guest unit

A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. Free transportation to and from airport or ferry.

Our 1 bedroom unit is in a compound located in Bantayan, Dumaguete City. It is only 24sq mtr total unit. Completado Unit 1 is at the ground floor for ease of access. The unit has it's own bedroom good for 2 - 3 persons (queen sized bed), a spacious washroom, compact kitchenette with fire protection and alarm system. The units are provided with basic appliances which are mainly new.
