This cozy and newly furnished apartment is located on Kuverto street. The location is perfect, 10min walk to the sea and 15min to the center of Nida. Every detail of the apartment has been meticulously thought out to create as much comfort as possible for the guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, combined with the living room. The apartment has a terrace where you will be able to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. To ensure comfort, we provide all our guests with towels, bed linen coffee and tea.

Our apartment has recently been re-decorated and it is very bright and spacious. It is designed in 3 different floors well shaped. 3 bedrooms in total compose the apartment: 2 double rooms with great views to the sea, and another huge bedroom on the top of the house again with a breathtaking view.

The Curonian Lagoon is only a few-minute walk away from „Family Villa“, the Baltic sea is 2,5 km away.

Trijų miegamųjų apartamentai išsidėstę per du aukštus su tik Jums skirta 70 kv. m. terasa su vaizdu į Kuršių marias bei Kamado Bono Grande grilis. Čia patogiai apsistos 6+2 poilsiautojai - gausi šeima ar bičiulių kompanija. Namo rūsyje yra įrengta garinė pirtis, jacuzzi bei baseinas (veikia birželio-rugsėjo mėnesiais), yra teniso kortas. Marių Terasos apartamentai turi individualią automobilio parkavimo vietą.

Free parking all year round except on summer time. During summer we suggest to use public parking for 6Eur/day

The SMĖLYNAS apartment complex, situated in the quiet fishing village of Preila, satisfies the most sophisticated expectations of our guests. The apartments are situated in the very centre of Preila, in the same place as the former Kurhaus – right next to the lagoon and spacious park. The Baltic Sea is just 5 minutes away by bicycle or 15 minutes by foot along the path leading through the pine forest.
