My home is a log cabin with a private apartment on the lower level, which includes a patio as well as use of other outdoor spaces. There is a fire pit just past your patio and a short path will put you on the Appalachian Trail. As an herbalist and ethnobotanist, plants are my love and my livelihood. They are an integral part of my life and my home. I welcome you to stroll through the many gardens and paths.

Come relax at our lovingly restored historic 1873 Marlboro Farmhouse centrally located between Beacon, New Paltz, Kingston, and West Point; and close to many local farms, orchards, wineries, and fantastic hiking trails. The farmhouse is split into three separate and private units. This listing is for the spacious 1400sq. ft 2 BR/2.5 bath unit that occupies the private second floor. This is NOT a party house. The only guests allowed on the property are the ones listed on the reservation.

Our apartment is 6 miles from downtown New Paltz on a quiet and private setting only 1.5 hours from New York City, in the heart of Hudson Valley's Wine Country and apple/peach orchards. 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen living room and front porch. Right next to the fantastic Italian Restaurante Peppitini and right across the street from the historic bandstand, if you're here on a Tuesday night in the summer, you'll likely be able to have a drink and catch a concert from the porch! Conveniently located close to West Point, Storm King Art Center, Newburgh, great hiking, and even Hudson River kayaking! The two bedrooms are roomy and each has a queen bed.
