We are close to the Aquatic Training Center, many shops and restaurants and 20 miles from White River Amphitheater. A retreat for a couples weekend get-away, traveling business professionals or a vacation family that needs a private space to relax.

King size bed in bedroom, completely updated paint, floors, stainless steel appliances, and all new furniture. We DON’T allow parties & quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. If not followed we will charge guest $300 during the stay.

Tempur-pedic queen Murphy bed, kitchen, bath, and office. 1 parking sp . Close to all shopping/restaurants. Washer/Dryer.

Beautiful Japanese Gardens and courtyard. Perfect for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, extended visits or overnights away from the kids! Plenty of parking! Electronic locks perfect for late night check-in's too.

A compost toilet in a cedar lined outbuilding is 10 steps away, along with a barrel sauna, fire pit, and lounge area. There is a shower available right inside the main house from 7 am-9pm.

Our home is close to SEA-TAC International airport, parks, public transport, I-405, I-5, Columbia City, Seward Park, Lake Washington, The Landing, Regal Cinemas, and hiking trails.
