A relaxing ferry trip from West Seattle or Fast Ferry from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private walk in cottage, right on the edge of the water. Watch the ferries go by and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, BBQing, a forest hiking trail with sea and mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minute walk from the cottage.

Condo in Great Location! A Home Away from Home

Open and spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom top-floor condo (3rd floor) in the perfect location! Only 15 minutes away from Seattle, 7 minutes to SeaTac Airport, and 3 minutes from Westfield Southcenter Shopping Center. Tons of restaurant to choose from in the area. King size bed in bedroom, completely updated paint, floors, stainless steel appliances, and all new furniture. We DON’T allow parties & quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. If not followed we will charge guest $300 during the stay.

KVI Beach Bungalow

Our bungalow is located in the Chautauqua beach community. It is the perfect location to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. While it is not a waterfront property, the beach, known as KVI beach, is a stone's throw away. Central to the interior of the open beamed bungalow is a stone faced Envirotech masonry fireplace. Surrounding the masonry are the living room, office, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. Appliances are Fischer Paykel--propane cooktop & electric oven.

The Hill House

Welcome to the Hill House! Enjoy a private suite on the upper level of this home! There is a private entrance and the upper floor is all yours. Work from here in the office with two work stations which each include a monitor (HDMI and USB-C provided), a mouse, and keyboard. The bathroom is complete with 3 shower heads, double sink, and plenty of space. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, fridge, and dishes. You are also welcome to the BBQ and patio seating out back.

My home in SeaTac is a perfect location for a brief stay-over (near SeaTac Airport) or an extended visit to the Pacific Northwest. Close to travel opportunities and shopping, we are centrally located to make your visit to our area a wonderful experience....near the airport, nearby car rentals, mass transit, shopping, restaurants and freeways, the Pacific Northwest is an ideal spot to begin your adventure.
