This home is new and has two docks. One in front on Atlantic side and one in back on the Sea of Abaco side. You are 5 minutes from town and 15 minutes fishing off of outer reefs. The Atlantic ocean is fifty feet in front of house and the Sea of Abaco is fifty feet behind the house. very quiet and peaceful lot with views that are incredible. Beautiful views and boaters access to everywhere .
