This 1st floor condo is a perfect location for any couple or small family looking to get away for a week or a month. The unit overlooks a serene private stocked pond with a beautiful gazebo on one side and just steps to the heated community pool and hot tub. Padre Dreams is a short walk to the beach where you can have some fun in the sun and experience breathtaking sunrises.

My place is close to the beach, great fishing, Mustang Island State Park, Padre Island National Seashore, restaurants and shopping!. You’ll love my place because of the view is amazing, the beach and Packery Lake from the patio. Walk down to the beach, come relax by the heated pool and hot tub. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime on smart TVs.

We love that our condo is on the 1st floor-on the beautiful Beach Club property (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub, fishing pond) & only 0.2 miles to Whitecap Beach-home of some amazing sunrises! The condo is 565 sq. feet-some guests call it small & some call it just right. Private bedroom with king-attached bathroom.
