Newly built guesthouse in highly desirable Grant Park. Beautiful and relaxing one level space with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, skylights and lots of natural light. All amenities: high speed internet, washer & dryer, full kitchen, memory foam mattress, TV, and private entrance with patio and cafe set. Easy check out! Location is close to everything: great restaurants, food cart pod, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Grant park, airport, and more! Walk score of 94. Great space for a get away!

The Sneakaway

Built to feel like a little touch of luxury, with the quaintness and quality of a craft home. This place is a true sneak-away with a two person soaking tub, marble shower, king tempurpedic bed and a fully stocked kitchen. This open studio has 15 ft ceilings allowing ample sunlight and a large, light feeling. This house was designed and built by me my friends so no detail is overlooked or unintentional. This was our labor of love for a year and Im so excited to now be able to share it.

The Haseman House

Come stay in our Architectural micro home in NE Portland. Close to Mississippi and everything that NE Williams has to offer. Thoughtfully deigned with many amenities. A great WFH vacation retreat. This little house is located in the back of a main house. The backyard is shared with the main front house. There is only street parking but it is free and typically available. We are close to public transportation and rental bikes as well as an organic grocery store... very walkable.

The Monta-Villa Garden Cottage — cats + chickens

Your cottage is private with views of the garden. It’s a unique tiny home that feels big with high ceilings, lots of natural light & warm accents. You have everything to cook most meals. There are plenty of local food, drink & shopping options nearby. Walk the neighborhood, see city highlights, visit parks, hike to falls, feed chickens, pick seasonal fruits & veggies, or just sit in the garden or covered patio with a book & a cat. This is your home away from home.

NE Irving Park Cottage

Welcome to the Irving Park Neighborhood Cottage located within walking distance of NE Williams, Alberta Arts District and Mississippi Avenue in Portland, Oregon. Our quiet cottage sits in the back of our garden and offers privacy with your own stone patio with bistro table and chairs. The guesthouse is detached from the main house on the lot, and due to it being a corner lot, has its own street facing view.
