Cottage on the beach

The cottage is right on the shore. It is self contained with a kitchen area and small bathroom. The twin beds, on a mezzanine floor, can be hooked up to make a super king-sized bed. Guests will have access to the beach and a garden area. Parking is on site. Although there is no washing machine, I can wash clothes for guests in my house which is next door. I live next door and will interact with guests as much or as little as they wish. I am usually at home, but if I am travelling I will arrange for a neighbour to keep contact with my guests. Coney Island is between Ardglass and Killough. There are shops and restaurants in both. It is under an hour from Belfast and within sight of the Mourne Mountains and Newcastle. Ardglass has a golf course and there are lots of opportunities locally for walking, fishing and watersports. Public transport is limited, but possible. There is a bus from Dublin airport with a connection to Downpatrick. There is a bus from both Belfast airports with connections to Downpatrick, about six miles from Coney Island. If I am home I will pick up guests from Downpatrick. Taxi fare is around £10. The upper floor is accessible to able bodied adults and children, but would present problems to anyone with mobility problems. (See Pic)

Gorgeous two bed cottage new to Airbnb August 2021. Situated directly above beautiful Ballintoy harbour and it’s pretty beaches, famous for Game of Thrones. Large private garden and parking. 5 miles to Giants Causeway, 6 miles to Ballycastle. Perfect base for all Causeway Coast attractions and Portrush Golf Course. Spectacular sea views from every room. Large sitting room/kitchen, Wi-Fi, 55” TV & Netflix. King-size bed and two singles, bath, power shower, laundry room and White Company bedding.

“The Undercroft” at Fairview Cottage, ocean views

Fairview Cottage is situated on the beautiful North Antrim coast of Ireland. Overlooking the Salthouse Hotel and town of Ballycastle, with uninterrupted views of Fairhead and the isle of Rathlin. Located in the infamous Game of Thrones area, on the way to the Giants Causeway and Dunluce Castle, this secluded summer residence is the perfect retreat from the the Covid mayhem. It has stunning views of the Antrim Coast & Scotland and the beach is only a 2 min walk away! Cairndhu Golf Club and Carnfunnok Country Pk is a 5 min drive away. Belfast City Centre, both airports, Titanic Museum & The Gobbins are only 40 min away. Portstewart & Portrush golfing & beaches only a 1 hour 10 min drive.

Whiterocks Villa

Beautiful property inside and out with the most stunning views of Royal Portrush Golf Course and only a stones through away from whiterocks beach. This home really need to be seen to be appreciated in its full entirety. Enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace and watch the sun set over the Whiterocks, take romantic walks along the beach or head into Portrush (1 mile away) for a night to remember. Once you stay one or two nights you will want to come back again.
