This spacious French country bungalow is in a separate private section of the lower level of our home with: private entrance, full kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom with shower, couches & large TV, desk & Wifi, and maximum privacy. Located close to exciting, entertaining, and educational venues you may want to explore, with easy access to the Minneapolis St Paul metro area and Rochester.

Charming suite, great location

Hosts live on upper floors. Lower level, private suite (stair access) has been designed and decorated for you. It features a living room with gas fireplace, bedroom, and bathroom. Next to St.Olaf college, 1 mile to Carleton and downtown, steps from the Ole Store Cafe. Our house is surrounded by trees, perennial gardens, and adjoins the St. Olaf athletic fields. Unfortunately, this space is not suitable for young children. Also, the stairs may be difficult for someone with physical limitations.

The Corn Crib Cottage Barn or Villa is a luxurious and rustic 1100 square foot space. The Corn Crib originally used to dry corn and animal housing. This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve. The bedroom includes a queen bed & its own TV.
