Il s'agit d'une maison de ville fermée avec un emplacement de stationnement désigné pour 1 véhicule (berline) uniquement, pour les SUV, nous avons un parking public à l'intérieur du sous-district. Il s'agit d'une maison entièrement climatisée qui dispose de 2 chambres (1 lit Queen Size, 1 lit double), de 2 salles de bain et d'une salle de divertissement. Le prix de base est valable pour 2 personnes uniquement et donne accès à 1 chambre. Pour les personnes supplémentaires : supplément de 289 par personne et par nuit (accès à la 2e chambre).
