Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor in a 1700 historic town house with all the charm and inconvenience that comes with this period; including reduced ceiling height (200 cm) and a narrow staircase. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
