Si vous aimez pêcher, c'est l'endroit idéal pour vous, car vous avez un accès direct à la rivière Hiwassee. Vous n'êtes pas pêcheur ? Prenez un livre et détendez-vous sur le quai privé ou le porche ensoleillé. ACCÈS INTERNET LIMITÉ. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et débrancher. L'Internet dans le quartier est très lent.
