Il y a une chambre et un grand salon, dans chaque chambre il y a un grand lit. Il y a un parking gratuit. La gare est accessible à pied. La plage de Santo Amaro est également à proximité. Para chegar a praia basta atravessar a rua (Marginal), e caminhando você ainda pode visitar outras praias que ficam ao redor. Mercado e farmácia estão a cinco minutos do alojamento. E caminhando por sete minutos você chega a estação de comboio (Trem) que da acesso a grande Lisboa. O sofá-cama é bem grande, comporta até três pessoas.
