Villa Milla is a completely new well-equipped tourist facility, located on the south side of the island of Ciovo in the beautiful bay of Mavarstica, only 80 m from the sea. Villa Milla is for the first time open for tourism. Villa Mila has 2 apartments of 70 m2 and 2 of 50 m2. Our guests also have access to modern gym and pool. We are located in a quiet street only 5 minutes walk to shops, post offices, restaurants, ATMs, etc. We are only 5 km from Trogir, which is under Unesco protection.

This new apartment is duplex, offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and big terrace. Air conditioning and TV is provided. Apartment is located in Okrug Gornji, right on the quiet beach, but close proximity to all necessary amenities. Other great and popular beaches are close (Copacabana 250 m, Labadusa 1,7 km…).Trogir is 2,5 km away.

Apartment near the beach I

Modern apartment near beach(100m) with sea view. It is equipped with A/C, with a two terraces with outdoor sitting area and private parking lot. Neighborhood is quiet, only 1 minute from the main beach, bakery, beach bars and restaurant, 2 minutes from the supermarket, 5 minutes with car or 10 minutes with ferry from the UNESCO protected town of Trogir. Apartment is 8 km away from Split Airport, and it is noise free. I am always available to help you with anything.
