Surrounded on all sides with old Goan style stained glass windows that overlook the garden, this space is ideal when one wants to recharge and rejuvenate. I have also setup a work desk. I have designed a very Zen style open plan garden kitchen with a stunning bamboo groove as a backdrop.

The Loja by the water - a workation place

The Loja (shop/store in Portuguese) on the water’s edge was a trading post. Canoas (boats) exchanged salt and tiles for farm produce. Restored, it’s now a self-contained space in the same rural waterfront setting, tranquil yet only 20 minutes from Panjim. It remains a working farm with normal farming activities. Experience Goa of long ago with early morning walks, cycling, or just nature watching.
