Nirvana Farm is primarily an equestrian lifestyle property set on 30 acres. Off peak it's just 40 minutes from downtown Auckland and 25 minutes from Auckland Airport. Accommodation is available in our private and spacious self contained two bedroom apartment. The homestead and apartment is set amongst expansive lawn, ponds and formal gardens, 1 km from the popular Clevedon Village. Nestled in Saint Heliers, our cozy in-house apartment offers comfort and tranquility. With a private entrance, it includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and dining/kitchen area. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee/tea facilities, plus complimentary snacks and beverages are provided. Please note, no cooking facilities are available. Enjoy your private garden with seating and lush greenery. Families will love the toys, cot, high chair, and beach just 10 minutes away.

Spectacular views, privacy and comfort is guaranteed throughout this modern style apartment on Waiheke Island overlooking Hekerua Bay. Situated on the sought after northern side of the Island facing the beach and only a twenty-minute walk to Oneroa Village. This apartment occupies the entire lower level of the main house. Rooms lead out onto a large private deck to relax Waiheke-style. Guests have their own entrance via stairs down the side of the house. Located on the bus route. (Bus 502)

Waiheke self-contained stay central to beaches

A centrally located, spacious home-away-from-home flat ideally suited for a couple but with the possibility of another person sleeping on a single bed and 2 extras sleeping in the lounge on an electronic air-bed. It is fully equipped for self-catering and provides pleasant independent relaxation in a private, self-contained area. We live at the other end of the property and enjoy receiving visitors from all nations, having spent time in Asia, Europe, Polynesia and South America.

Spacious, modern and quiet Remuera suite

This modern, architecturally designed suite with its own private entrance is nestled amongst peaceful bush surrounds in Remuera and overlooks the Orakei Basin inlet. It has comfortable furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen, underfloor bathroom heating, under sheet electric blankets and a spacious grassy outdoor area with a path that leads down to the water's edge. It is close to bus and train, local cafes, a shopping centre and a walking track that surrounds the Orakei Basin.

Daydreams

Located on the lower level of a private dwelling, this self - contained facility (including separate bathroom/toilet - upgraded Nov 2022), is situated in a private garden setting. Suitable for 2 – 3 people, the living area is bright and welcoming. An off street parking bay is available with entry to the facility only metres away. The kitchenette includes a microwave, electric jug, toaster and fridge. Introductory, tea, coffee and breakfast cereal provided.

Waiheke Island. Large, modern 1 bedroom apartment.

This spacious 1 bedroom apartment provides everything you need for a super comfortable stay, as well as being located 5 minutes away from both ferry terminals, restaurants, shops, great beaches and many fabulous vineyards. While there is only one bedroom, we have a comfortable sofa bed in the large common area for additional guests. The deck area is exclusive to this apartment only and provides privacy as well as great sea views to enjoy the spa.

Island Breeze - apartment 1 (of 2)

Island Breeze has 2 one-bedroom apartments. Located in a peaceful garden setting - you can hear the call of the birds. You can swim at one of several secluded bays a 10 - 15 minute walk. The candlelit outdoor bath house is open during the winter months ONLY due to water restrictions during summer (Opens 15 May - 3 October and subject to rainfall) The champagne grapes are harvested in January each year and gorgeous for eating on the back deck.
