Willow Sett Cottage is the perfect comfortable stay for two. You’ll be centrally located in the Hayfield preservation area with easy access to local amenities and spectacular Peak District walks. Our 200 year old spacious one bed cottage offers all mod coms, including king size bed with 100% eco bedding. The modern bathroom offers combined bath/shower. The kitchen is well equipped and leads out to an outdoor balcony with views. The cosy living room offers plenty of seating, Smart TV and a fire.

Our luxurious and romantic cottage with a fabulous Superking bed is the perfect retreat for visitors to Manchester and the Peaks who want a relaxing holiday in a spectacular setting. Nestled in a conservation area of the Heaton Mersey Valley, it is a little piece of country in the town. It is surrounded by beauty spots, parks, nature reserve, shops, restaurants, transport links and a nearby pub. Welcome to our cute converted stone outbuilding in a quiet part of the village which is a small village on the Woodhead Pass on the edge of Manchester and the Peak District. It is ideally situated for walkers enjoying the Pennine Way and Longdendale Trail. There are good road and public transport links to the village. Guests will have the privacy of the cottage but we are available in our family home opposite. Additional fees are added for early check in and check out. £5 charge for pets.

'The Vestry' is an 1846 church building, now a delightful studio cottage for couples, families or business trips with easy access to Manchester airport/city. On the edge of the Peak District it includes a comfortable double bed, 2 single beds on the mezzanine. Relax in front of the wood burning stove, or on the lovely rear deck overlooking our brook and woodland. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the village with great pubs, shops and restaurants. We have an EV charger available at 20p/pkh

A cosy garden cottage, with separate entrance, private bathroom, bed nook, kitchen and shared garden. A peaceful space from which explore south Manchester and the city. The cottage has a full sized double bed with lots of pillows and a comfy duvet and electric blanket. A large sofa easily accommodates an extra body if you prefer to sleep separately. We also have a travel cot for babies. The cottage is set up for 2 adults, with 2 kids, but not really suitable for more than 3 grown ups.

Frankie's Cottage

Set in the hillside of Greenfield, Saddleworth. The cottage is situated on our family farm where we have a variety of animals: horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, dogs and cats. Due to the potential dangers we ask that guests do not access the yard and use the designated path to the cottage. The cottage has been recently renovated and features a wood burning stove and open wooden beams which has retained traditional character

With easy access to Manchester (by tram) my house is in the beautiful and vibrant Chorlton Green. It's close to Old Trafford; Salford Quays, the universities; Manchester theatres and the airport. You’ll love: the neighbourhood; the free parking; the garden; the kitchen (with large fridge freezer); the open fire (smokeless fuel supplied); the broadband wifi and the conservatory (especially in the rain!).

We have a self contained newly refurbished open plan guest suite with separate entrance. The interior consists of a Kitchen, Bedroom, Lounge & Bathroom area, it has electric heating in the bathroom & a Multi Fuel Burning Stove.
