Tall Pines is a 4 bedroom cottage with lake access

A true lake experience! Located between Cooperstown (12miles downtown) and Oneonta (7miles to downtown) because of its central location, you can enjoy many local shops, family owned restaurants, many local breweries and on a bus route. Tall Pines Cottage has a cozy, bright atmosphere. Relax on the patio with fire pit & grill or enjoy the yard games. The lake access affords kayaking, swimming, and receive 20% off a guided fishing trip with Reels and Rods guide service. Kayaks available for use.

The Carriage House at Arran Fell Farm

A slice of heaven 7 miles from Cooperstown 16 min from Cooperstown Dreams Park.Immaculate,quiet, peaceful working rescue farm. Come and unwind and sleep in the hammock.Large firepit,outdoor games,animal interaction. Complimentary free range eggs, oj, butter, bagels,cream ,coffee and tea provided. Outdoor gazebo with bbq grill.Pick your own veggies when in season. Hike the trail or take a paddleboat or canoe on the pond. Try some fishing, interact with rescue animals. Florence Cottage

This fully self contained lockable 2 bedroom apartment, one block from Hall of Fame, by the lake, has full kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, coffee maker etc. Rental includes use of motorless boats. Washer dryer in basement shared with other guests/ leave laundry basket outside of door and we will take care of it😃. There is a folding futon in the larger of the two bedrooms; let us know if someone wants to sleep on it and we can arrange to have the linens set out for it for an extra 20$.

The cabin is located on a private lake, so you can enjoy stunning views of the water from the deck, the outdoor shower, and the living room. In the summer, you can enjoy kayaking, hiking, swimming, fishing, and exploring nearby towns. In the fall, you can witness the breathtaking change in the leaves colors, go pumpkin or apple picking as well as partake in the local fall fairs!

Birchwood Glen - no cleaning fee-Off grid/No heat

Come stay with us in this private cabin with beautiful views! Located 20 minutes from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY and a little over an hour from Syracuse airport. Be sure to bring your kayak or canoe to enjoy the calm waters of Gorton Lake. There are also plenty of nature trails nearby. At the end of the day kick back and watch the stars around the fire pit. Please note this is a rustic experience. There is a hot shower. The outhouse is a composting toilet.

The 2026 season is 5/30-8/28/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.
