There is always free street parking with no restrictions and no street sweeping hours + driveway parking Guest house studio free unrestricted street parking 2 beach cruiser bikes & helmets I live in the back house but like to give guest as much privacy and space as possible. (bike rental fee $25 per bike ) Garnet Ave. south on Lamont - 1/2 mile with restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The property is split by a fence with two smaller dogs in the back house that are well contained. ** no smoking on property or in unit, if smoking is evident an additional $100 cleaning fee will be added after check out . *this is a quiet safe neighborhood near kate sessions Park , there will be normal neighborhood noises i.e. Monday morning trash pick up. **There is a strict no extra guest policy, only those staying at the studio are allowed on the premise, no parties or gatherings of any kind. ** no dogs (requests can be submitted for small dogs under 20lbs w/ additional cleaning fee of $50 **any additional cleaning needed is charged at a rate of $20 per hr.
