The Lodge is a beautifully renovated guest house. The property is designed for 2 people. The property offers 1 bedroom and an open-plan living room, including well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a sofa bed, a south facing patio, parking and private entrance. The Lodge is adjacent to the main house and shares a drive. It is located in the heart of Stoke Gabriel village and 7 minutes walk to the river Dart, shops, pubs and the River Shack cafe. Sandridge Barton Vineyard is a 25-minute walk away.

Welcome to the Maple Room, a private en suite guest unit in our family home. The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

Situated close to Torquay seafront a recently decorated stylish and modern studio apartment with your own access. Beaches,country park, bistros and public transport close by. Perfect position for exploring Torbay. An ideal long weekend getaway. Lovely light and bright accommodation. Parking included, small kitchenette. The studio is on the first floor up a flight of stairs. Please note this has been refreshed and has changed to a self contained studio with no access into the main house.

A sunny self-contained apartment overlooking the park, just a five minute walk to Goodrington Sands beach. Enjoy the delights of the park and beach right on your doorstep. Located on a quiet street with its own entrance and parking. A very comfortable apartment with multiple sofas and TV's. Above is our busy family home so we're on hand to help if you need us but expect some noise from doors/footsteps. The basement property has plenty of natural light from its south facing position.

The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.

A brand new 2 bedroom (2 beds + 1 sofa bed) apartment situated along the dreamy coast of the English Riviera. It includes stunning sea views, private garden, private jacuzzi, BBQ, & even an outdoor heater to enjoy the Riviera through all its' seasons, day or night. Only a few minutes walk, through the dreamy woodland, to Watcombe beach, situated in a cove. Which is also part of the South West Coastal Path, meaning you can enjoy a walk along the endless coastline.
