Now it’s your next holiday destination. We’ve lovingly restored our outbuilding to the highest standard. The views of Snowdonia, the amazing sunsets & the starry nights are truly stunning. Large garden and hot tub, stay in and relax or venture to the coast or up to the mountains! All within half an hours drive.

Hafod Y Llan Bach - a real escape to the country

Get away from the everyday with a break in the mountains of Wales. This private, detached barn conversion has it's own terrace, a wonderful open plan kitchen living room and a glamorous and romantic bedroom with an ensuite. Step outside and there are over 25 miles of forestry track starting from the front door and the 4.5 mile long Alwen Reservoir just 5 minutes walk away. Y Llew Bach, our snug little Welsh cottage

Y Llew Bach is a our one bedroom 300 year old cottage ideal for couples and friends. We do have a small double sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children. Open 4 nights a week is our quiet country pub The Lion Inn serving amazing homemade food and takeaway pizzas. Deep in the Welsh countryside situated on The Pilgrims Way, we offer spectacular views within easy reach of Snowdonia and the Welsh coast. Local attractions include Zip World, Betws-Y-Coed, Conwy, lots of castles and Beautiful beaches.

A cosy and spacious 1 bedroomed recently renovated detached stable block, set in the peaceful little village of Llanddoged, which is 6 miles away from Betws-y-Coed and 15 miles from Llandudno and the coast. Fantastic views of the mountains and valley speak for itself, in all the Seasons. Cottage consists of bedroom (double), living room, kitchen and bathroom with plenty of outdoor space to fully appreciate the stunning location. Ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Only 1/2 hour from the North Wales Coast and Conwy and Llandudno, and overlooking beautiful Snowdonia with Llanrwst only 5 1/2 miles down the road. Rhiw Goch Cottage is a spacious detached one bedroom stone-built cottage with wood burner dating from the 18th century or earlier. Our guests love the cottage for it's rustic charm and beautiful gardens with secluded glades and viewpoints over the Lledr valley. It's on a quiet hillside surrounded by craggy ancient woodland full of wildlife about 3 miles from Betws-y-Coed, well placed to explore Snowdonia but also well off the beaten track.

Nestled in the hills this wonderful farmhouse is ideally placed a few miles from Snowdonia National park, yet only 20 minutes from the beach. With private walks on your doorstep, you can visit surf snowdonia and zip world for excitement or see the beautiful Bodnant gardens. Cosy in the evenings with underfloor heating and woodburners. Woodfired hot tub. The picturesque village of Llangernyw is nearby with a local shop and excellent pub.
