Umatah signifie « vous comptez ». Umatah pour nous, Umatah pour vous, Umatah pour ceux qui vous entourent et Umatah pour l'environnement. Umatah fait partie des anciennes briqueteries d'État qui ont été fermées dans les années 1940 après que leurs excavations aient touché une source souterraine. La propriété fonctionne selon des principes biologiques et dispose d'un verger de manguiers, d'un rucher, de lits de légumes et de divers autres arbres fruitiers et à noix. Il y a un grand point d'eau, des jardins paysagers et une brousse indigène sans fin.

Includes your own laundry with small washing machine, toilet and shower; and your own little patio with wind-out awning. Only 2 minutes walk to beach and 12 minutes walk along the beach to Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.
