Your private apartment is directly facing Deer Lake Marsh with expansive Lake views from the balcony. Enjoy a romantic escape in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Plenty of parking and room to turn a bass boat trailer around. Six miles to boat ramps. Free laundry downstairs. There is a lovely pebble beach just a very short drive away.

Surrounded by gated perennial gardens, private walks on property, beautiful path to riverside. Easy access to hiking, fishing, mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing. Glacier National Park 2.5 hours East.

Birch Tree Studio-A Relaxing Retreat

Clean and bright modern studio...this is a perfect way to escape the busyness of life and experience a refreshing retreat. You won't find a TV here (don't worry...there is WiFi) but when you aren't relaxing by the fireplace, there are great places to explore around the area...Schweitzer Mountain Resort is just a 30-minute drive and you'll find lots of great restaurants downtown...many of them with live music. Our studio is designed for two, but a third guest can be accommodated upon request.

The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Scenic Mountain Retreat Cabin

Beautiful views of Lake Pend Oreille, Sandpoint, and the area's mountains. 4-miles from downtown Sandpoint. 5-minutes to the Schweitzer shuttle. A perfect couples retreat, nestled in the mountains, does not disappoint. This studio cabin has a queen sized bed, a kitchenette, a granite countertops, farmhouse style sink, vessel sink, tile shower and heated seat and bidet. The freestanding natural gas fireplace will keep you cozy in the cooler months. WiFi, AC and TV are in the unit as well.

Enjoy a backyard bonfire in the summer or drive the 9 mile stretch to ski Schweitzer mountain in the winter. This is a cozy space with all the amenities you will need. 5 min walk to restaurants, city beach, boat and kayak rentals. Sandpoint offers coffee houses and amazing shopping . The little Gem will fit 2 adults and a child comfortably. There is a futon for additional sleeping.
