The Tiger Den is a one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment located between Anderson and Pendleton, South Carolina about six miles from I-85. We are 13 miles from Clemson's Memorial Stadium for Clemson football. We are a hop, skip, and a jump to Lake Hartwell, 6 miles to Brown Road Boat Ramp and 13 miles from Portman Marina for your fishing and boating needs. We are also 8 miles from downtown Pendleton, SC and 11 miles from downtown Anderson, SC both have local restaurants and shopping.

Efficiency apartment located one block from Historic Pendleton Village Green. Walk to dining, shopping & Historic Sites. Three miles to Clemson University & T. Ed Garrison Arena . Renovated space with King Size Bed, kitchenette, bath, & living area with Dish TV and 5G internet. Apartment is behind historic home where owners reside. Parking is available. NO SMOKING/Vaping or Pets except for documented Certified Service Animal. 2 adult guest maximum, one must be over 21, children welcome.

The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

This is a basement apartment in my personal home with its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchen. Parking is on the street in front of the house and there’s a concrete walkway that takes you down to the entrance. It’s a studio style apartment with your own thermostat, a king bed, ceiling fans, over 500 sqft, and a fenced backyard for your pup if you bring one. Only 5 miles from Clemson's campus, this retreat is perfectly situated on almost a full acre. You’ll love the cozy feel, with lots of amenities, including a well stocked kitchen, three-season screened-in porch, & open floor plan. Though the house isn’t directly on the water, our private dock on Hartwell is only a 1-2 min walk away! Nestled between Greenville and the mountains, this home is great for Clemson trips, lake adventures, close night life, restaurants, family entertainment, & more!

Oak Hill Getaway

Right between Seneca and Clemson you will find our getaway. It's 5 mins from Historic Ram Cat Alley with shopping, restaurants, and breweries with Jazz on the Alley music every Thursday night (April - Oct.) It's only 10 minutes from Clemson University. Surrounded by 3 different lakes Jocassee, Keowee, and Hartwell with just a short drive away. You can ride 30 mins up to the mountains where you can hike trails and see waterfalls the foothills have to offer.

The Pendle-Tin

At the Pendle-tin, you’re close to everything while still enjoying a quiet, tucked-away setting on the west end of downtown Pendleton. Just 5–8 minutes from Clemson’s Death Valley and two blocks from shops and restaurants. Lake Hartwell is about 5 minutes away and the mountains are an easy day trip. Inside features a kitchen, full bath, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, queen bed, games and workspace. Outside offers seating for four and a propane fire pit.

The Cottage

Two bedroom, one and a half bath, two story apartment, minutes from the Clemson University, Anderson University, Southern Wesleyan Campuses, Hartwell Lake and Lake Keowee. Sleeps up to 8 guests, located on a working farm with views of the cows in the pasture and a great covered porch for watching beautiful sunsets and enjoying the sounds of the country all while witnessing the happenings on a diversified family farm.
