Next Door: a cosy one-bed apartment

All are welcome to stay in my quiet property, not far from the town centre. With its own patio and parking space(s), it is attached to my home but has a separate entrance and is completely private. You’re welcome to use my garden with its sheltered hammock - perfect for shade in the heat or for shelter if it's raining. It can be converted to a double bed-swing too. Enjoy the books and games provided, small free weights and yoga mat, or make use of the KitchenAid and do some baking. Indulge!

This upmarket, executive property has easy motorway access and is perfect for commuters working in the North West. With a dedicated work-space, a large and comfortable lounge, master bedroom with en-suite wet room, it is perfect for working from home or relaxing after a hard day's work. Otherwise, stay in and relax by the fire in the large, open-plan kitchen-diner.

There is parking available and also a garden to enjoy The cottage is not suitable for groups of young adults wishing to party ( hen ,stag parties ,festivals) as we are situated in a quiet private road with lovely neighbours. We welcome families and tourists visiting the area We also welcome contractors and can offer great flexibilty to work with team leaders in making the house work for the requirements

Welcome to our annexe! Situated in our back garden (with its own private entrance) , our cosy annex was completed in 2021 to a high standard. The annex comprises of double bedroom, bathroom, living area (that can be converted into a separate sleeping area) and a well equipped kitchenette. Located centrally within Chapelford, there is a pub (serving food), supermarket, chemist, park and train station (with direct trains to Manchester and Liverpool) all within a 3 minute walk.

Situated in lovely countryside with perfect views. Convenient transport links to both Manchester and Liverpool airports and two train stations in Warrington town centre. Close to Arley Hall and Gardens, home of Peaky Blinders ,and the market town of Knutsford and Tatton Park, known for its annual flower show and various other events. The village of Stockton Heath with its shops,bars and restaurants is only 2 miles away. Within walking distance are 2 pubs and a hotel.

The first floor at the back of an artists home in a quiet cul de sac, 10 minute walk to Lymm Village, 5 mins to Lymm Dam. Your own access is up a spiral staircase. A stunning garden with hobbit hut where you’re welcome to sit and relax looking over fields towards Lymm Water Tower. Small to medium dogs only, some don’t like the spiral staircase. A double bedroom, en suite, sofa bed in lounge and kitchenette.
