A new log cabin with a beautiful view to a lake

A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

Saunacottage on lake Parannesjärvi in Virrat, 300km north of Helsinki. 30m2 log-house, built in 2005 with 100m of own shoreline. Owners live on same 1,4ha property, 70m away. In the livingroom/kitchen of the cottage you find a double sofa-bed with extra matress for 2 persons. Separate toilet and wood-heated sauna with shower. 10m2 terrace with furniture and lake view. Fully equipped kitchen, gas-barbecue, rowing-boat, Wi-Fi. Very nice, quiet and cosy place for a couple to spend a holiday.

55m² light and spacious lakeside apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, own sauna, a large lakeview balcony and 300M WiFi. 15min to the city centre by bus/car (free parking places next to the apartment). 200m to a grocery store and 1km to 24h supermarkets. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, tableware etc. Bed sheets and towels are included. In the private, sand-bottomed swimming area, you can enjoy a dip in the water while enjoying the traditional sauna. The cottage has electric heating and running cold water.
