Poseduje kompletno opremljenu kuhinju sa frižiderom, dva singl kreveta i jedan krevet na razvlačenje i pogodan je za 4 odrasle osobe. Takodje poseduje besplatan Wi-Fi, TV i privatan zaključan parking. Kupatilo je privatno i u potpunosti opremljeno(fen za kosu, čisti peškiri, šampon, kupka)

Ovaj smeštaj savršen je za one koji su željni prirode. Objekat se nalazi na farmi na kojoj se uzgajaju autohtone rase Balkana, kao i alpake i lame. Gosti mogu svakodnevno da piju sveže magareće mleko i posmatraju život brdskih konja, balkanskih magaraca, bivola, goveda podolske rase i buša, pirotske i karakačanske ovce, balkanske koze.... Prostor farme je dobar ambijent za male grupe, porodice sa decom i parove. Izgrađeno je u stilu tradicionalne arhitekture uz korišćenje prirodnih materijala.
